Orders can sometimes take 3 - 7 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it.

Unexpected Delays :

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over.

Returns :

Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order. We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however, in some cases, this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year if you have any questions. Please contact us at contact us.

 

All packages are shipped with tracking!

*Boujisphere is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

*Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

*Shipping is not available to Russia due to shipping restrictions, times and packages being lost.
